You retain ownership of your company data. You grant us a limited right to process that data solely to provide and improve the service.
Paid plans renew according to your chosen billing cycle unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicit written agreement.
You may not use the platform to violate rights, transmit malicious content, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KymaHR is provided "as is" without warranties, and liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
